David Woodfield

Hi, my name is David Woodfield. I live in Maori Hill in Dunedin, NZ, together with my wife, Patricia, our dog, Neo, and our cat, QT.

I like Dunedin because of its compact size and its hilly setting. It doesn't take long to go anywhere round town and I like the views that the hills afford.

My favourite subject at high school was Art History. I’m teaching this English language course in fulfilment of my duties as a teacher at the University of Otago.

My likes include reading, watching TV and walking. I like reading books about faith, art & society. As for TV, I enjoy watching romantic movies. I like walking from my home to my office each day and taking Neo for walks around my neighbourhood.

I’m not a fan of waiting in queues, eating chocolate that has a sticky or chewy centre, or trying to figure out what’s wrong when my computer isn’t doing what I want it to do.

As for my good point, I would say it is that I’m optimistic. My bad point though is ‘leaving things to the last minute.’

My goal is to be a better person.

    1. Hi Ilreyon, one of my favourites would have to be 'About Time.' It is a quirly romantic comedy featuring likeable main characters and, believe it or not, time travel.

    1. Glad you like the picture, Lu. It was taken in Bangkok on a hill known as 'The Golden Mount' which features a temple at its peak from which there are some spectacular city views.

  3. Hi, I don't know you like art. I like going to an art museum, too. I want to see some pictures of your dog and cat.
