What I wish I had know about Kiwi Culture -- Chia Miyahara

Although there are many things I should have understand before I came to New Zealand, especially I wish I should have had manners about how to use a knife and a folk correctly.

In Japan, people usually use a spoon or chopsticks to eat rice, but it is usual to use a folk in New Zealand. Every time I eat dinner with my host family, I worry about that whether I behave badly or not. In addition, compared to in Japan, I really feel like a lot of opportunities to use knives. Including eating manner, I should have learned New Zealand etiquette.
