Taking responsibility -- Aina Taniguchi
I don't tend to take responsibility when I belong to a group. For example, if I am in a group and our group is scolded or warned by a teacher or superior, I will think that it is not my fault. This is because I don't like to be scolded by anyone, and also because I don't want to hurt myself more than I have to. Therefore when I'm in that situation, I tend to be absentminded or think about how quickly it will end.
In my opinion, In order to change this behavior and way of thinking, it is necessary to think that I had a little something wrong with me, and to attempt to improve my words and actions in response to what I was told. But I don't think it's a good idea to blame yourself too much. Also I'll try to accept only the appropriate pointers.
I agree with you, It's hard to admit mistakes, but it's a sign of maturity.^_^
ReplyDeleteCompletely agreeee, be harmonious with whole member of group is a best way!
ReplyDeleteI agree. It is difficult.
ReplyDeleteI understand your opinion because I also don't like being scolded.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is the same for me. We can do it. Stay strong...!
ReplyDeleteMakes sense. Accept the appropriate amount of responsibility. Own what you did wrong, but don't responsibility for the failures of others. They need to take responsibility for what they've done, David :-)
ReplyDeleteNo one likes being scolded haha. Don't think too deeply:)
ReplyDeleteI really can understand your opinion.
ReplyDeleteMe tooooo I also don't like to be screamed at by someone and scream at someone as well. I totally agree with you;)
ReplyDeleteI agree with your excuse very much!! I hate scolding someone too. But, I can understand the importance of a person who scolds me. So, it is very difficult problem.
