Taking Responsibility -- Ryota Iwami

I tend not to take responsibility for anything that goes wrong during a soccer game. When this happens, I usually make excuses for the lack of support from my teammates. Furthermore, I act as if I am not responsible at all, such as a bad pass from my teammates. In fact, of course, I have my causes. However, I cannot notice it during the game.

Therefore, to change this behavior pattern, I believe that by reviewing my match video after the match, I can reflect on it and become aware of new options, which will reduce the chances of having this way of thinking. In addition, by doing this, I can get a lot of new patterns, so I can choose how I should behave.
