taking responsibility -- Anji Iyo

I think taking responsibility is incredibly important to grow up own mentality. However, we get a situation where we don't have to have responsibility for some reasons some times. In my case, I got the situation when I was a high school student. my boss in a bakery told me because you are Generation Z whenever I made a mistake at work. In Japan, people who birthed between Yutori-Generation and Generation Z are looked down upon by the rest of the people because we don't have to go to school on Saturday because of changing education system. However, it doesn't the reason to underestimate us. Therefore, I think we don't have to take responsibility for what we are Generation Z.
