In 2043 Mai Kanda


I expect AI will be produced a lot and the jobs that don't need creativity such as calculating and driving will be taken by AI in 2043. Also, the temperature will be rising and many parts of the earth will dissolve. I think feathers that allow people to fly will have been invented by 2043 because airplanes have already made a lot. Finally, I believe human life is partly getting better because of the development of technology. Other parts of the world will be worse than now like the climate. So, it is important to continue good things and review bad things.

Boyan Slat & The Ocean Cleanup -- Ruby Lu

While diving in the ocean, slat discovered that there was more trash in the ocean than fish, and that's when he felt he needed to help clean up the ocean. He also gave a ted talk to bring attention to this issue. He even dropped out of college to complete the project, called the Ocean Cleanup. But in fact, only a small part of the garbage collected by boats and nets, most of the garbage is at the bottom of the sea. So in response, their team started a river cleanup program. Because most rubbish flows from rivers into the sea. This prevents new garbage from flowing into the sea. In my point of view, he is brave and does what he wants, even though he has experienced setbacks, he just works harder to complete the goal and studies new methods. But cleaning up the ocean is still a very difficult problem, because it is very difficult to stop the problem at the source, to stop people from releasing waste, so we have to do it ourselves to reduce the waste.

Volunteering - Paz

I think that volunteering can enrich peoples live in different ways. Volunteering is a very good way for help people with real and biggest problem such as, lack of basic necessities, like food, health, education or a roof.  So, volunteering, makes you see you life in a different way, you realize that your problem are not as big as you thought it and you start to live a more relax and happy life. You face yours problems with a different attitude.  And at the same time you are helping people that really need it, so is a win - win.  Also, it may increase your self - confident and get out of your confort zone. In this way, I think people that do volunteering star to appreciate more theirs live and little things or actions that happens in it.  However, I think that volunteering is not for everyone.. I would like to do a volunteering some day.. I think would like to do something that involves animals life or health care.
